Impact Assessment: Analyze the court rulings and their potential impact on discriminatory laws or practices, even if the initial cases are not successful.

  • Specific: Partner with 10 medium-sized businesses in a developing country to develop and implement workplace anti-discrimination policies by June 2025.

  • Result-Oriented: Foster a more equitable work environment for women by preventing workplace discrimination.

  • Time-Bound: Secure commitments from all businesses and finalize their policies by June 2025.

Impact Assessment: Conduct employee surveys one year after policy implementation to measure their perception of workplace fairness and reduction in discriminatory practices.

  • Result-Oriented:  Strengthen accountability for achieving gender equality by establishing an independent oversight mechanism.

  • Time-Bound: Secure the legal framework and budgetary allocation for the monitoring body by March 2025.

Impact Assessment: Analyze the monitoring body's first report and its recommendations for addressing gender discrimination.


Project 9: Data Collection and Analysis on Gender-Based Discrimination



  • Specific: Partner with a national statistical office to conduct a national survey on the prevalence of gender-based discrimination in a developing country by September 2024.

  • Measurable: Track the completion of the survey, the number of respondents, and the disaggregated data collected on various forms of discrimination.

  • Achievable: Partner with relevant government agencies and gender equality experts to design and implement the survey.

  • Result-Oriented: Equip young people with the knowledge and skills to challenge gender stereotypes and promote gender equality.

Impact Assessment: Conduct surveys with students after a year to measure their understanding of gender equality concepts and their attitudes towards gender stereotypes.
