  • Specific: Train 1,000 rural women aged 18-35 in basic mobile technology skills (operating system, communication apps, online learning platforms) within 6 months.

  • Measurable: Track the number of women enrolled and completing the program through attendance records and final assessments.

  • Achievable: Partner with local NGOs and agricultural extension services to provide training and recruit participants.

  • Result-Oriented: Equip women with digital skills to access online education and training resources in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
